The Business Name will be displayed on your listing and indexed for search.

The Tax Code and Registration ID are not displayed on your listing.

Choose for the dropdown list the business type matching with the company activities. You can select more than one type.

If the business type for your activity isn't exciting, you can request PortJoin to add additional type. Contact info@portjoin.com for the request.

The Business Short Description will be displayed in the PortJoin search results and Search Engines.

The Business Description will be displayed on your main listing page, under the title Business Details.

PortJoin Basic will only allow plain text and is limited to 1200 characters.

PortJoin Advanced/Pro is offering HTML, which gives many additional features (Different font/ Bold/ Insert link / Insert Pictures, Bullet point, etc) and almost unlimited.

The Business Classification will be displayed on main listing page and indexed for search.

PortJoin Basic will allow one(1) Category, which is also the Main Category

PortJoin Advanced/Pro will over more categories, the Main Category is limited to one(1)

First select a Category/Categories, before selecting the Main Category.

The Business Location will be displayed on the main listing and search result page. The same location will be used on the PortJoin Marketplace.

The box with the grey border is google auto-completion. Note that in some cases auto-completion will not work correctly. Always check the results.

If you location is your home address and prefer to hide, use the option Yes for "Only publish my City, Region and Country"

The Business Contact Information will be displayed on the main listing, only when users are registered and logged-in. Only telephone and email are compulsory.

The Business Contact Person will be displayed on the main listing, only when users are registered and logged-in. Advised is to use this information for your sales and/or important contact numbers (like emergency numbers). Instead of a person, a more general name can be used, like Sales Team

Best result is to upload logo in square format, for example 300x300 or 600x600

The Business Cover Image will be displayed as a header background on the main listing. The best result is the use of a rectangle image.

The Business pictures will be shown on the main listing in a separate photo gallery.

Link the SoptLight to a business. If you have more than one business listing, all business listings will be shown.

Note: If more than one listing, Basic listings can be selected but will result in Error message when saving.

SpotLight Subject is the heading text, suggest to limit to 25 characters. More characters are possible, but title will be split over several lines.

The SpotLight Short Description will be displayed in the search result.

SpotLight Description is the main text of your SpotLight. 

SpotLight Description is offering HTML,  which gives many additional features (Different font/ Bold/ Insert link, Bullet point, etc) and almost unlimited.

It is advised to use Date & Time only for special use only (Direct Sales)

When date-time options not used, ensure all fields are empty.
